Right I totally overlooked the Washington workaround.
Wouldnt it be amazing if everyone, say 10,000 trucks went across the river and rolled past Oregon's enforcement points? -
From what I understand, using WA 14 during a period when trucks are prohibited on I 84, is not allowed.

When I rolled through the Gorge the other day, there were electronic signs prohibiting trucks over 10K on WA-14.
