Found a great spot in Canby, OR 10 minutes south bound from Portland Oregon. I had a good conversation with the owner too. He comes from trucking and has it designer to be trucker friendly. It's a quiet spot close to some good food, gated, and secure. No homeless or issues at all there. Affordable. There a path to walk down to the water, which was peaceful during my reset.

Owner showed me the one he is currently adding in Keizer, OR. Looked really nice too. Website is Truxguard.com
