Hi friends,
Local driver here,...but had a question.
SINCE OTR drivers are USUALLY both exclusive AND paid by the mile, 'HOW ARE THEY PAID?'
A bank officer asked me this question and i didn't really know since i've never done OTR.
So,...how are they paid?
THANKS for your input...

Is that in the form of a 1099 ? -
Paid by the mile... Every penny on W-2... No set payday, I'm paid 2 business days after I return to the terminal from a run. Runs are 5 to 8 days long usually.
