OTR Drivers Dedicated Freight

C.T. Brooke Logistics is looking for Class A CDL Drivers!
We are located in Connecticut and our primary lanes are CT to GA, CT to NV, GA to NV and GA to ME (Not limited to these lanes)

Requirements:

- Valid Class A CDL and Medical Card.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience.
- MVR must be clean and approved by our insurance.
- Must be able to stay out 2-4 weeks. (Can stay out longer if you would like)
- Drivers must be able to use ELDs

Details:

- Drivers will be paid .45 cpm then .48 cpm after 2 months
- Minimum pay of 2000 miles per week
- W2 Pay only
- 2500 - 3500 miles per week (odometer miles)
- No touch dry van freight with about 50% drop and hook on our own dedicated freight
- 2020 Freightliner Cascadia tractors (automatic, refrigerators, apus, governed at 70 mph)
- Tractors are new, full maintenance leases from Ryder. (Very little downtime if they breakdown, they will replace the unit and keep you moving if it cannot be fixed on the road)
- Home time and locations are negotiable. (Just tell us when and where within a reasonable amount of time and we will get you there)

Benefits:

- Detention Pay will be paid at the rate of $20.00 per hour after 2 hours of waiting
- Layover pay will be paid $150.00 per day (rarely happens)
- EZ pass/Prepass in all trucks
- NASTC fuel cards (we pay for scales as well)
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit

We are currently running 5 trucks, I have an immediate opening in one of them. But i am also looking for more drivers, so we can add more trucks! I recently hired a driver from this forum and he has been working out great. I have drivers that do anywhere from 2400 miles per week up to 3800 miles per week and everywhere in between. Its really up to you...the work is there. So what we are currently looking for is a driver who would be good with traveling all of the above listed lanes. I cannot guarantee one lane in particular at this time....sometimes it might be Georgia to the Northeast, sometimes it might be Georgia to Nevada and other times it might be Northeast to Nevada. We do our best to keep certain people in the lanes that they prefer, but like i said no guarantees.
