Is this a lease/purchase only? So applicants out of Phoenix, AZ need not apply?!

CPM is experience based, discussed through the hiring process. Trucks are all set at 75MPH

No one wants to spend hours to find out your paying 35cpm... Be upfront so your not wasting our time or yours. To many places thinking say top pay... Than after days latter there top pay is 35cpm lol or the up to game. You can make the up to line...

Exactly, Snakeschasingcars. Lots of companies give vague descriptions of the pay scale. Beware of companies that say “We average” so and so per mile. It’s hard to find decent trucking companies that:
    • Pay well
    • Have really nice equipment
    • Trucks run 75 or better
    • Benefits, home time etc...

I hate companies that bait n switch.
Not saying this one is doing that, I’m just agreeing with Snakes excellent point.

This is a drivers market right now, so good quality OTR drivers are in demand. We know what we’re worth.

So what? An ad could say “75 cents/mile” but that means absolutely nothing to an interested driver who understands every place has their niche and their unique business model.

That 75 cents could lead to a $1,700 week typical gross or $1,00” week typical gross. Without knowing what a typical week would honestly be like, all the rest of the alleged “driver pay and benefits” don’t really mean much

That’s where and why a long, frank and honest conversation comes in.
