    If you have 2 years exp or 1 year experience with driving school Come to work for Fraley and Schilling. Home 3 out of 4 weekends a month. Great money. 10,000 dollar sign on bonus plus guaranteed with contract 1400 week flatbed and 1300 a week with Flex trailer.


    34 hour reset pays $175

    Load/Unload pay $8/$17/$33

    Short trip pay $40 to $15

    Detention pay $16 a hour

    Layover pay $40 to $125

    Breakdown pay $16 to $250

    Extra Stop pay $25

    Holiday pay $100 (6 Holidays)

    Vacation pay (prior 3 weeks average)

    Bonuses, Bonuses Bonuses!

    Per Diem pay $63 a day

    Safety and performance pay 3% of gross annual earnings

You will also be staying in you own room, F&S does not put employees in shared rooms like other carriers.     They let both passengers and pets, but you pay for it weekly, not a high price. In all of their trucks, they remove the passenger seat, they will put it back in. Not sure about the Texas, I'm in midwest .

    How many years does it take to pay bonus out?

    We dont do drop hook and I have 5,000 bonus that is paid out over 2 yrs. So, not sure about the 10,000 bonus. It is flatbed, mostly hauling steel and shingles. The current dedicated I'm on from Kentucky to Chicagoland has a guarantee of 1300 a wk. I start Monday at 5am and usually stay in truck all week and get home Friday afternoon and off the weekend. Fraley does a run that pays 1600 a wk minimum, but it may involve doing your reset on the road instead of the house.

    No drop and hook 10,000 dollar bonus is payed out over 3 years.

    Yes passengers from day 1. Ages 13 to 70. Pets have 500 dollar deposit.

    That’s a little north of our hiring area. Do you want to go home home on the weekends or are you willing to stay out for a couple of weeks.
