    And what of the company? Is the company shuttered? Or are there enough people that can make the company make corrections and keep everyone from losing jobs?

    I hope the creep at least goes to jail for a little while. The law is beyond clear. If it too expensive then how about this for an idea RAISE YOUR RATES.

    This guy would be more likely to cut salaries than to raise rates! I fully agree with wanting him to see jail time.
    While he should face significant time in state prison, don't be surprised to see this plea bargained down to either a bullet, or a county lid.

    A neighbor is almost as bad here. Except where he has been found guilty so many times. He will go to the city clerk of the courts and ask them to "white line" the fine. So the 800 will probably get reduced to 50 and pay for a slap on the wrist.
