I am working to try and get some additional truck parking around the Dallas, TX area and I need some advice.
    • Does it matter which side of Dallas?
    • Does it matter if the parking is right off a highway?
    • Does it need to be close to food?
    • Do you need more monthly or nightly parking
    • What MUST the parking lot have?

You won’t have a lot of choices in Dallas and thus won’t be able to pick and choose. Not many places and most have a waiting list.

If you’re considering developing a lot, again you won’t have a lot of options due to zoning and availability and price. West side of Dallas and Arlington areas would be the most convenient for most. But ANY location in the DFW area will sell out fast and there’s easily demand for 20 large locations spread out all through the area.

    Kbwebb Thanks this.
