That depends on how it is written up. Failure to obey local laws does carry points and anything that doesn't have its own category can end up there.

WHY WOULD THE GOOD CONTRACT S BE HIDDEN?
Wasn't it mentioned before that the costumer couldn't find another Carrier?
Hopefully, we the carriers who decline cheap freight are hiding as well -
Think about how the big companies do it with contract rates. And compare that to spot market stuff for the little carriers. The contract stuff pays more steadily because shipper wants x amount of capacity for y rate. They are less subject to wild swings in price. The one off loads lots of us survive on are subject to up and down much more. We are just in a slower time. A good thing to do is find a shipper or a broker willing to pay consistently where the loads are an amount your own small carrier can handle capacity wise. Not all shippers are sending 75 loads a day to all destinations.
