    No flatbed exp.
Yet you want to lease on with a flat bed fleet?
You need about a year or two exp with flat bed for that?
    Go get some training first.

Most likely a good carrier will not approve you. Unless they train, or pay by the mile near $1 per all miles dispatched.

I leased on to a flatbed company with no experience. I had been driving for 4 years as an o/o. Mind you some places said no. Mercer wanted me to pull dry van for 90 days and then go through securement class.

This carrier sent me out to shadow a company driver for 2 days and cut me loose. I wasn't doing difficult stuff at first. I was able to make friends with a couple guys there and would just call them with questions. This forum actually helped alot too.

There are companies that hire flatbed oo's with no flat experience. Landstar comes to mind if you qualify and are accepted,
