No flatbed exp.
Yet you want to lease on with a flat bed fleet?
You need about a year or two exp with flat bed for that?
Go get some training first. -
Most likely a good carrier will not approve you. Unless they train, or pay by the mile near $1 per all miles dispatched.

www.daseke.com is a good place to look.

I leased on to a flatbed company with no experience. I had been driving for 4 years as an o/o. Mind you some places said no. Mercer wanted me to pull dry van for 90 days and then go through securement class.
This carrier sent me out to shadow a company driver for 2 days and cut me loose. I wasn't doing difficult stuff at first. I was able to make friends with a couple guys there and would just call them with questions. This forum actually helped alot too.9417 and Intothesunset Thank this. -
There are companies that hire flatbed oo's with no flat experience. Landstar comes to mind if you qualify and are accepted,
