Owner Operator Job Offer | 6% Dispatch Fee

We're looking for dedicated Owner Operators to join our growing team and take advantage of our consistent freight and strong dispatch support.

* Weekly Gross: $13,000+ (Solo)
* Weekly Gross: $22,000+ (Team)
* Starting RPM: $2.80+
* Freight Type: Dry Van
* Operations: Live loading & unloading, waiting time is paid.
* Dispatcher Support: Enjoy consistent loads and a dedicated dispatch team.

Your Structure & Benefits:

* Dispatch Fee: Only 6% for your first 2 weeks, then 12.5%
* Insurance: $375/week
* ELD: $50/week
* IFTA: $25/week
* PrePass & EzPass: $5/week
* Escrow: 2,500 total (500 deducted every 5 weeks)
* Plate: 2,500 total (500 deducted every 5 weeks)

* Bonuses:
* Paid Holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc.)
* Referral Bonus: $500 (Solo) / $1,000 (Team)
* Safety Bonuses: Up to $300
