Owner Operator not getting “hold back” money returned

    Anyone have any experience of not getting their “hold back” money returned for no valid reason? Last Carrier is ignoring emails and calls. Has several thousand $’s of our money. We will take legal action just didn’t really know where to start. Good and bad experiences would be appreciated.

    They legally have 45 days to return escrow money. After that I don't know. Call OOIDA and ask them. They will know.

    Ok thx. They’ve had it in excess of 90 and still no money or communication. They were pissed when we left, as we were their highest grossing truck but terrible to work with.
