We are located in Springdale, AR but we hire from all states we run!

O'Brien provides services to Butterball, Simmons, and Tyson. We are 80% customer freight with 20% filler freight from constant brokers.

Primarily, we run from the NW AR and SW MO to NC, SC, VA, and GA regions. Our freight volumes are constantly increasing and we are looking to expand more to the Mid-West.

We work together with each of our drivers to tailor a balance between days on the road and home time that works for each driver individually. We are committed to finding ways for our Owner Operators and O'Brien to be profitable.

Job Details
Pay information

• 70% of line haul
• 100% of FCS
• Accessorial Pay when paid by customer
• Weekly Settlements every Wednesday with no hold back
• Direct deposit to Arvest or Bank of America
• Comdata fuel card with discounts
• $200 per week personal advance on Comdata card

Load information

• S.E. and Mid-West running lanes primarily
• Reefer Loads
• Average length of haul is 1,000 miles
• Average weekly miles 2,400+

Deduction information

• Trailer rental $105 per week
• Occupational Hazard Insurance $43 a week
• E log $40 a month
• Fuel assigned to load
• Base Plates (if you need) $167 per week for 12 weeks
• Any repair agreements

Additional information

• Truck Insurance is covered by O'Brien. This includes physical damage, bobtail, and liability.
