DOES ANY ONE KNOWS ?
I got to replaced twice, first time by warranty at 270k miles , then failed on 440k miles....
changed to PACK2 , but after less than 10k miles.
knocking back again and fuel efficiency very bad...

Keep taking it back. Its their issue until warranty is done. Those engines are only good for so long. Than you do not inframe it. You order a complete reman.

A.i. says this about the MX13:
Common Paccar MX-13 engine problems often involve emissions systems (EGR valve clogging), fuel system issues (injector failures, hand primer pump), turbocharger trouble, and cooling system failures, leading to power loss, rough idling, and overheating, with recent models (2021+) seeing more frequent injector and electronic component failures.
I only wish I saw this in 2022 when I purchased my Peterbilt with the Paccar.
The majority says there are problems with this motor so that shows merit regarding the facts. -
STAY AWAY FROM ALL “BIO-DIESEL” fuels. That’s the main issue.
