Sorry if thread exists, I guess since it's created and I can't go back, is it a bad sign these 2 companies spam craigslist every week where i live, and offering to train people with only 1 year dry vanning experience and no tanking experience required. should i run for the hills or bite the bait?

That ad would fit about 99% of tank companies in the USA.

Superior pays by the hour, I think 19 for training and 21 after.
Don't know if they charge for training if you leave. -
In the northwest superior has driver facing cameras if that matters to you. Looks like nice trucks though.

May I suggest the fuel hauler thread on here as some of us haul or have hauled for carriers in So Cal. Pacific is bottom of the barrel as are most who pay by the load around here. Now superior will give you more work than you can handle if that's what you like and there top drivers just got a raise to $27hr with overtime. The big carriers have slowly been improving pay in socal because a lot of drivers are leaving fuel hauling.

Just to be clear, Superior Tank Lines is not the same as Superior Carriers
slim shady and scythe08 Thank this. -
