Worrying about whether drivers back in or nose in at the truck stop seems about as silly as worrying about what type of shirt a driver wears...or what they wear on their feet.

Nosed in trucks are ok only on the condition that they don't compromise the access to the adjacent spots. Noising in while knowing that it will make difficult for someone else to back in or get out, takes an inconsiderate #######! -
That inconsiderate can happen in any type of situation. Not just nose in.
As long as people can get through. It doesn't matter how they're parked.BackwoodsGA and Deere hunter Thank this. -

I nose in quite a bit. In my old age I have gotten a bit more picky about my parking spots. I like to sleep with my head higher then my feet so if there is a sideways slope I either back in or nose in to accomplish this. Driving a tanker my trailer is not sticking out any farther than the nose of the trucks beside me. I never inconvenience other drivers if I can help it. The direction you park isn't the problem. Being a douche is.

not a snarky question. But can someone explain to me how pulling in head first vs. backing in to the spot can cause it to be an issue for another driver to park. If said TT is parked properly in the same space what is the difference if it is the tractor or the trailer that is facing you when you back into the adjacent spot? Thanks in advance guys.

I try to MYOFB so I dont care if someone chooses to pull in or back in. The only time it bothers me is
1) when they pull in, but not as far as possible so thier trailer is blocking my view.
2) When I pull in because, I dont want to be seen nor see the people in truck next to me.
But then they pull in next to meBadmon Thanks this. -

That makes sense. You've a few extra feet of front end room based on the back end. TY
