Pennsylvania Man Accused Of Hitting Truck Driver With Pickup Truck

So unsure if its the same guy but a quick goolge showed another guy same name age and area with multiple previous arrests for everything from A&B B&E brandishing a weapon, drugs, 2 DUIs, abuse of a minor, animal abuse and a few other things going back around 10 years.

So looks like another product of our wonderful justice system allowed to run amok till he killed or #### near killed someone.

 

"Police body camera and surveillance videos showed that when Quigley began to attempt to run, the leg restraints that had been applied by police cased Quigley to fall and hit his face on the concrete just outside of the entrance of the Correctional Facility."

EPIC FAIL! Or should I say, EPIC FALL!!! Lol

 

With any luck he'll be declared a habitual offender and get a lengthy sentence, but I doubt we'd be lucky enough that he would get LWOP. Too bad his mama didn't swallow.
