    @Sho Nuff
You the real mvp! Thank you!!!

I spoke to a Scott there, not sure if he was the terminal manager but he was down to earth and very informative. Thanks!

Thank you, I'll definitely look into them

A&R or highway would be my choices both you can make 65,000plus,Venezia has cameras and your not making that kind of money pulling dry bulk with them and I wouldn't believe the recruiter there about actual miles js I use to work there as an o/o.

Here's a couple more that just popped into my head, also around 30-45 minute commute....

Martin Brower in Coatesville (delivering to McDonald's, can make over $80k)
    NFI in Fogelsville
USPS in NE and SW Philly
Ashley Furniture in Leesport (probably closer to an hour commute, can make over 90k)

After doing some more research I too am leaning towards those two. I am awaiting a call from the A&R term. manager for a phone interview, and Highway is just about done verifying my references. The driver camera is a big negative for Venezia, and I too am doubting that type of money can be made with what they are offering.

Your responses along with everyone else' are invaluable to me lol I have already filled up two whole notebook pages with carriers and information. Thank you once again!

I know I gave you a lot of information to choose from, which might be a little confusing, but here are my top choices to make the kind of money you need off the bat....

Ashley Furniture out a week at a time, PTP is drop and hook and pays less than LTL, which you can make over 90k)
ACME (no touch freight, delivers to supermarket chains and make 80-100k)
Sysco and Martin Brower (basically foodservice, which always paid good)
Fed Ex Freight (starts you off around $23 an hour, which is more than what some of the other LTL's start off with)
Old Dominion Linehaul (self explanatory, excellent pay)
Bimbo Bakeries (delivering bread and cakes, over 80k and more)
Dean Foods (delivery drivers make around $25 an hour, plenty of OT, tanker pays a lot less)
    Walmart (self explanatory)

A lot of the other companies I mentioned has the potential to make just as much, especially the LTL outfits, but they have progressive payscales where it can take years to reach top rate. UPS Freight and USPS are examples of that.

    Hopes this helps you out.

Scott is the terminal manager there and would be your boss if you go with Superior.

image.jpeg I haven't been there in a couple of years. I have been running out and back dedicated from High Point.

I never sat long there and would often spend the night there before delivering on Long Island or Brooklyn. It's a peaceful place. They even had a fishing dock and poles you could use in the tank wash drivers room.

They also dispatch out of the Keasbey tankwash.
