    Idk maybe it's me but I don't see the issue with the emptys.. Anytime I go home I make sure it's less than 100 miles and if they try to get me to drop an empty I simply say no I'm going home and that's it.. And if they try to get my to go somewhere other than my delivery to get an empty and I'm looking at emptys I'm not going.. They don't bother me anymore lol

    sounds to me like they tell you its your business to run, yet it looks like they are running it. that would be like accepting a load from a broker for a certain rate at landstar then they change the rate, how can anyone run a business like that.

    That's a portion of what I gathered only to the part that they probably show (for example) 100 loads available but they really have 175 loads but I'm guessing that's what happens when you lease on to a carrier with its own company drivers.
