Pigbacon's Pig Pen: Magnum Ltd, Fargo, ND

Stopped at exit 165 off of I-20 in Lincoln, Alabama. Parked at the Roady's truck stop. Walked over to The Dog House for some food.

I ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs, Cole slaw, fries and Texas toast.
The ribs are smoked for 16 hrs. They are super tender. Served with a nice BBQ sauce on the side. A little fatty to be perfect... But fall off the bone goodness for sure. I would order again. The cole slaw was a little creamy. I like a more vinegar based coleslaw. The fries were good... Also want to try the pulled pork BBQ....



It is a smoking establishment which I am not a fan of...but the beer is cold and the people super nice....
Got a little worried when some old guy said 'Are you a truck driver? Cause you sure don't sound like your from Alabama'
Lol lol ..... Got this Yankee a little nervous.... Didn't ask for baseball to be put on the TV.... Especially since Alabama was playing football... Lol

There's a picture of the man that used to own that bar hanging up in there, he used to make the best brisket. I guess he died about 4 years ago.
Before him, a couple of gay Hondurans ran a Mexican bar and restaurant there, but they didn't pay the property taxes and skipped town.
