    Just sounds like someone trying to sensationalize a story that should have been about a driver not having adequate credentials and a load securement violation for the pickup bed.

    Either way Iowa DOT is raking his butt over the coals!

    I’ve always heard em called Mexican road trains . And the cops just look the other way.
    If you’re from south of the border you don’t have to obey any Laws and the cops won’t touch you .

    I bet they write him a ticket in whatever fake name he gives them and let him go after he unloads the pickup .
    And he will slip across the border and won’t pay the ticket .

    I wouldn’t put money on that. That piggyback is OOS. Along with the driver. Driving without a license alone they can take the driver into custody.
