I've been using the PFJ app for about 3 or 4 years now. For a couple of years, my driver code was always stored in the app. For the last year or so its not stored.

I know when I first downloaded the app, I put in all the info & it was stored. Now I cant seem to figure out how to get it stored.
I will add this, our company uses a one time code each time we fuel. I get this code from a company tablet in the truck. Again, its a one time code, good for 30 minutes. It was put in place as a preventative measure to keep down card skimming at the pump. I'm wondering if this feature was blocked, so I now have to add my driver code & security code?

    Any ideas? Suggestions?

Sorry, I don't have any help to offer. I loved using the Loves app that had fueling. It allowed me to store everything in the app and turn on the fuel pumps and see my receipts, plus shower and rewards stuff. Only if there was no cell coverage/wifi did I need to use any fuel and reward cards at the pump.

The app stores my info that doesn’t change but I have to enter the one thing unique for the trip I’m on.

Call em. The few times I've called their customer service has been super helpful.

Blame my company. It may not be our fault, but I'm pretty sure it is. Our driver number is the primary fraud detection we use, so having it stored in was causing problems.

Once you get them on the line, yes they're helpful. They've restricted what hours you can actually talk to someone, and most times it's a 20 minute wait.

The app no longer stores the driver ID for fraud purposes. You have to enter it every time you use it. At least that’s what said.

Okay, I will ask the obvious question,,
Why do you need an app to get fuel?
Doesn’t your fuel card have the info?
All I do is enter truck number and mileage.

Start the pump from the app and you don’t have to worry about having your info skimmed by swiping your card.

And what a time saver, especially if you have to wait in line to get to the fuel island. I can get the 6 digit number before I actually am at the pump and if the weather is wet or cold it keeps you inside for a longer time. It is very important to have good cell reception though...

To the OP, try uninstalling the app and re-installing it, might help.
