Please help me understand this violation

I know absolute nothing about Elogs cause I’m on paper. But me for not knowing seems you would still be on USA rules(guidelines) but why do I know.

 

You’re fine with on duty requirements but didn’t meet the 10 hr off duty requirement which puts driving in red . The way to not get that is minus what you’re off duty clock shows from midnight this is the time you must be shut down by.. also each period of 30 minutes or more comes off you’re off duty clock… I suspect you have some breaks under 30 in youre day which had you waited a full 30 before rolling would’ve helped..

 

You follow the regulations for the country you’re currently driving in. “When in Rome” as they say.
