Hyundai Premieres Xcient Fuel Cell Tractor for North America

 

I don't think it's gonna sell.

 

Seen this beauty the other day where i get my truck worked on. When i was a kid almost all bullhaulers had cabovers. I would see one pulling a flat bed and ask my dad whys that cattle truck pulling that?
My dad had an Emeryville IH with a hoped up 335 4x4 and 3 speed rearend, (of course came out with a 5 speed trans)

 

Top picture is of my buddy Tony’s truck. Bottom picture is a picture of my first truck we’ve been together since 1981 he was 19 and I was 20. His truck was powered by a 8v71. Don’t remember the year model. We still work together.

 

I had my fair share of those leaky Detroit, straight 30 wt oil. Driven 6-71, 8v71, 12v71 and the last one I ever touched was the 8v92.

 

Tony carried lots of oil. He would say , ck my fuel and fill it up with oil. Lol
Went through two blower shafts in a couple years span!!
