Best of luck with your W9. I love old school trucks, though I wish they had thought of the aerocab/unibilt years ago. What engine & gearbox does your fine W9 have?

    Al. Roper Thanks this.

Never experienced the 3406B. I have a 3406A and it starts with the bump of the key. Also have the 15 speed, and enjoy that gearbox. 4th & 9th gears were wierd at first, but I got used to it quickly.

It looks like there's new rubber on the rears. What brand and how do they ride?

Keep us updated on your progress. Again, best of luck to you.

    Al. Roper Thanks this.

Carpet matches the drapes when it's hooked to the other truck.

Got Bridgestone 726's on it. I think that's right. But those tires are close to 10 years old. Truck has spent most of that time sitting. Fella I got it from would crank and drive it 2-3 times a year. So the tires are going to be replaced before I hit the road. I've known this truck for close to 20 years, so I feel real good about it. He ran for the big blue star for close to 10 years with it.

KB3MMX, Oxbow and snowman_w900 Thank this.
