    1. Rolled truck into water. Only had 760 miles
    2. Don’t haul fire extinguishers unsecured in cab
    3. Frac in hills of WV
    4. Had to back in 1.5 miles to grab dozer
    5. They said I couldn’t get everything left over. I wasn’t making another trip with the big truck. 50 ft sticks of poly pipe.

How was the driver in the 1st pic. Hope he made out. We used to move US-WS equipment around for them. 3rd party work

I was the driver lol. Ground slipped into creek and I went with it. Just a scratch on head and injured pride. It came to rest on drivers side and I was under water. Stretched my neck just enough to get nose and mouth out of water to unbuckle. Cried like a baby once the situation set in lol

I probably would of died. Me and water do not get along Lol. I almost lost a schlumberger cement truck. The trailer started sliding off the road and had a split second to make a decision. Hammered down and pulled it back up on the road. If i was loaded no question about it, i would of lost it

USWS is here in the Permian Basin, delivered to a multi-well frac site, they were on the other side of the pad.

Yea. My brother in law is the US training manager or something. Got a nice cushy job and salary. He kept moving up and I couldn’t keep my mouth shut lol. So my time there was short........both times.

Appreciate it. That happened in 2012. It could have been avoided a few ways but neither happened.
