So, I’m looking to get a 2000 w power inverter so I can run a coffee pot, charge a laptop, and run a microwave. Are the power drive brand ones from the truck stops worth it or should I be looking on Amazon for another brand? Any tips on good ones is appreciated.

I use a Pure Sine Wave inverter, cleaner power. Works with any electronic devices, just like at home.
The cheaper ones are all Modified Sine Wave, some things just won't work with them.
Also be sure to use a 200 amp fuse near the batteries, plus large enough gauge of wire.
I use welding cable.Fabulous Maximus, MBAngel, FlaSwampRat and 1 other person Thank this. -

Put this in your sleeper. You will be able to power all your stuff and charge your batteries. This will also help burn off all the roller dogs and mountain dew lol. All this talk of expensive inverters...nah human hamster wheel or GTFO!cabovercrazy, Fabulous Maximus, BigDog Trucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
