    Looking to buy a fourth truck with my authority and go power only with a friend driving.

    Looking for whos paying what. I'll take a bit lower rate for consistency and a check that cashes!!

    current company wont let me run both power only and IC, so looking for new.

    JB Hunt was soliciting me as recently as one week ago to join their power only group with a promise of averaging 1.50-1.60 per mile and guaranteed 2500 miles a week. They requested at least 10 days at the time of OTR commitment. I remember that Prime had something similar.

    Thanks. Thats about the range I've heard, and I know JB has a pretty good reputation with Power Only.

    That's terrible...smdh

    I can't stand 10 day commitments.

    I only do commitments in 36hr blocks of 1200 miles per round-trip run.

    I've had my authority for years, but have been running all three of my current trucks under forward air's as an independent contractor.

    They were upfront with me, not that they wont let me run power only for them, but more that their power only program isn't mature enough to allow me to get the miles that I need.
