I thought once it was noted you had 24 hrs to get it fixed.

I think the options are to fix it or get mechanic to sign that the defect doesn't need repair.

Legally?
If it's a required item, well it's required. The truck cannot be on public roads until fixed.
If it's a non required item, well it's not required so legally means nothing.Mototom and feldsforever Thank this. -
