Prime leasing T700 or T680?

    Apparently a company flatbed driver has a T700. must have been at the right place at the right time.

    Well... the 387's always had trouble scaling some of our heavier loads - of course that was before we started doing "lightweights." I can get under 46k in this Cascadia, with one of the newer trailers.

    WIth a full 80k load my trainers T700 was getting 8.2 MPG on a 800 mile load.

    And if he had been going in the other direction it might have been 5.8!!

    His average is 7.5 MPG. It is all about how you drive. He never drives over 62 MPH even thou his truck will do 68. And throttle management on hills. 2 weeks on his T700 and we never went below 7 MPG. And his truck has 182000 miles and is a 2011.

    That's a better post. It's all about the average MPG!

    I could of taken a picture of the MPG display on my QC showing me at 24MPG since my last fill up more than once at Prime. It would have been taken at the AZ/CA line after I had filled up at the TA in Kingman, and driven the last 40 or so down hill miles to CA (at 70MPH no less). Which if I had been pulling the other way may have been 4MPG.
