A human being, when confronted with a task ahead of him or her has always a certain amount of stress that comes with learning a new thing, or going into a new situation.

How that person normally handles stress has a lot to do with a successful resolution of learning how to be a trucker. Sometimes that person has to turn to medicine, illegal drugs or drink the stress away on off duty hours. Thus it can be said that person is not successful at learning new things pertaining to trucking and should not be allowed to continue such destructive behavior.

Most people go through stressful sitautions well enough without resorting to schedule one mental health drugs. (Which is going to ban the CDL holder from driving at all period.)
