What type of septic pumping hose do you use (PVC, Rubber, EPDM or plastic)? And, why? What are the pros and cons of the various types of hoses?

I don't know anything about septic hoses but it might be helpful to know where you're operating. Different areas need different hoses. The extreme cold weather hoses I use to move oil or water may not work as well down in Texas

Thanks. That helps. I am in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We have mild winters with some occasional snow. We have 4 distinct seasons.

think of the weight factors, light weight composite with spiral wire might work for suction but may not be abrasion resistant enough.. Spec aluminum ends and fittings if you take care not to drop the female ends as they can become egg shaped real quick to save weight. you really need to speak with the supplier.

That’s what pretty much everybody runs around South Jersey & South eastern PA.
edit: i’d call your supplier before i bought it off ebay tho.
