Done with the local stuff for the time being. Only have had my License for 3 months.

I've read a ton of reviews on both of these companies, obviously I know that they're mixed at best and CC is sometimes plain awful. I do not want to go with one of the megas, and really want to get some good miles in.

Just looking for some new info if anybody has any. Or if you have another mid-size company that hires recent CDL graduates I can give me some miles, I greatly appreciate the information as well.

    Thank you.

    North Carolina.

My wife just said no way to both of them! Both have terrible health insurance.

By the way I have no criminal background and just a minor incident as far as my driving record. Only thing is the experience I don't have.

Ever look into Millis? They hire from there and pay 'decent' .... afak. Millis Transfer, to be exact. I'm not @Chinatown but I've been out here for almost 30 years. I'd look into them.

I believe they hire with no experience if you come out their school, but not from another CDL School. Otherwise you would need one year experience. Which I have zero OTR experience. Just a few months local.

Might be worth a phone call. You might also look into FCC from my understanding they on occasion will hire a new driver.

I beg to differ. Then again, what about CFI? Millis is a dang good company, IMHO.. CFI pays less but would take you in a heartbeat. Vans what you are looking for?

@localguy65 .. unless you have MAJOR ding(s) on your record, idk why you would look at 'second chance' companies, imho.

With CFI said I needed to be either right out of school or at least three months OTR experience. My local experience didn't count with them.
