    Usually a good idea to slow down when you see two police cars with flashing lights in a snow storm.

    Either they sped up the camera or he's going way
    To fast for road conditions.
    Any incident in front of him would have resulted
    The same way.
    No way he could have stopped in time with
    That low visibility.

    What an idiot. You see two cruisers heading down the same direction as you, road conditions and visibility are bad......SLOW DOWN!
    That driver is nothing more than a steering wheel holder with no brain.
