question about driving disqualifications

Hi everyone. Im new to the forum and i have a question maybe a lot of you could answer.

I recently applied for pepsi job and everything pasted on the background except the driving criteria.. figures for me.. lol. I have speeding tickets on there from personal vehicle but there from 4-5 years ago also there is a recent I thats from nov 2011. I believe thats wht disqualified me. Carco was the place that did my background check. And they also had me do a dot physical and abilities test and passed all those. So what would be the wait time to be accepted to any insurer in the CDL industry. Also i was planning on doing a truck driving school but i dnt want to spend that kind of money if i cant even get job that there insurer would cover me.

I know one of the violations is reckles drivng from 4 years ago and the the recent one is a dui

 

Oh and the 2011 one is a dui

 

Also i never had a cdl when these violations happened

 

I was going to try to see if pepsi could of helped me out but there insurer i believe wouldnt be able to cover me..

 

Ok so basically talk to someone in the hr department and ask what i could do?
