You're going to need at least $20k just to keep fuel in the truck for the first 3 months while you wait for the money to start trickling in. Probably another $10k to cover insurance during that time.
You're cutting it too close. Like was said by several of us, one breakdown and you're out of business. A truck purchased for $40k or less is going to have issues.
My 2 cents is double your startup capital because you're on a one-way trip to the poor house with your current plan.
