Agree. Keep your mouth shut & go to court. If you're found not guilty, you cant report something you aren't guilty of.
As well, it wont be on your MVR until your found guilty. Again, nothing to report until you've done something wrong. In all reality, it may not go on your MVR for months after a conviction.Swedish Chef, Woodys, baha and 1 other person Thank this. -
me personally i have let the company kno when i recieved a ticket and that i will be fighting it,they usually say let us kno how it turns out but i just like to be up front, probably wouldnt get fired anyway unless you have other tickets but then again ive only done this with smaller companies or contractors i worked for not the megas. prob wouldnt do the same with them which is why i wouldnt work for them,too much hassle just trying to be a human

It's not like the old days. Same with giving a 2 week notice that you're resigning; many companies fire you as soon as you give the 2 week notice. I've seen that at places where I worked.tlalokay, snowwy, SteerTire and 1 other person Thank this. -
