Hi I worked for Cr England After the military to get my CDL, then did not get called back to work and found a flat bed company to work for. I worked for them May '12 till Jan '13 and no record of that shows up on my CSA. I cant get anyone to verify that I even worked for them and I'm trying to go back to driving. Only thing that shows up is my CR England training. Any advice?
Question: How does a company not show up on my CSA?

milliken350 Thanks this. -
I only worked at England for training. After that I worked for a separate company, Ramsey Express, but no one can verify that employment, ie talk to someone from that company or even have proof on my CSA that i worked for them.

As Baha stated your W2 will be proof that you worked there when you get them unless you was paid cash under the table. You should have a pay stub to verify that you worked there. Why can't you anyone talk to them? If it is a local company can you go to them and have proof of employment on their letterhead written up?

I am not sure why no one can get a hold of them to verify employment. They are going off my CSA report, which oddly doesnt show the company i worked for. If it doesnt show up they dont call and then i am missing that experience from my record. It just seems complicated. I was payed per diem milage on a paycheck so i can prove that.

CSA only shows companies you had an inspection with.

@BigRig, Ok that makes sense. What can I do in this situation? The company canned me before I could quit. I told them I would take them to the DOT for pushing me to run the way they did, and with how bad they took care of their trucks. I was sent into icy areas of Idaho with tires that wouldn't pass inspection. It was my last straw. I gave them a letter of resignation so that it would go into my file, and after that anytime anyone called instead of saying I quit, they said I was fired due to 3 accidents, which was bularky. now no one can verify i worked there. I am just confused.

If a employer states something that isn't true, like you had three accidents and they don't have proof of them, that's a major lawsuit. Find who they stated that to and get a lawyer, you won't have to work for a couple years.

This is a new one! Just be thankful C.R.England didn't destroy your DAC/HireRight (they are well known for that. I would rather C.R.England didn't even know I existed.
If it is written that you have been through training, go with it.... -
You should be happy that they can not verify that employment at Ramsey Express cause they would tell your new company you were involved in 3 accidents and were fired and you would have no chance to get work. Your new employer only has to try to contact your old company twice within 30 days and if they don't respond then no big deal. Just show your paystubs or w2 to verify your employment dates and should not have a problem.
Skydivedavec Thanks this.
