I had a ticket. One had a Violation. It also had a warning on it. When I took it to court the violation was on it but NOT the warning. I was found "Not Responsible" for the actual violation. Now, What happens with the warning? Does it stay on? Do I fight that The actual violation I wasn't responsible and the warning comes off as well. See they were both put as violations on the inspection So I know one is better then None but it would be nice if both came off. please explain in detail. For a new OP its kind of confusing. My attorneys says its something that needs me to talk to the RMV about but I figure someone might have some helpful input here.

It depends on how the ticket was written up. There will be a number on the ticket. If the warning was issued under the same number then the warning will drop off also. However, if there are too different numbers you will have to fight the warning separately.

Didn't like the answers you got 3 days ago when you asked the same question?
