If you don't turn the truck into the terminal that it was assigned to, then you've automatically got an abandoned truck. If you're stationed out of Denver for instance and you turn it into the terminal in Columbus Ohio, then it's the same as if you just left it at World Wide in Somerset Kentucky.:biggrin_25517:
My fleet manager told me that as he begged me to stay on with the company, and insisted that if I returned the truck, that I'd return it to the Denver yard. I hadn't got paid in three weeks btw. That's why I quit.

you have to keep the reciept they gave you when you turned it in and then get a lawyer.. fight them to the end. that's the only way..i'm going through it also..

I should start the orientation at Swift:biggrin_25526:, if I can get my fine recruiter to call me back monday.
Does anyone have any pointers on what should transpire. :biggrin_2551:
Any input would help. Or maybe someone could talk me out of it, Ha Ha.
