They guys that have been there 20 years OWN the truck that they drive. They are not leasing the equipment. I jumped ship after 2 months when I brought home only 3 paychecks and the rest were negative. and not good paychecks either. My other personal friend, tried his hardest to stick it out with them... always telling me they were good guys but he was always broke and asking for short loans from me because he already had 3 advances taken out. oh, and R&M , he is doing great now with his own truck by the way....lol Been awhile since I have been on here... not out to get R&M just came across it..... I would say as a driver... do not go to R&M.... if your an Owner op? hmmm,,, I bet others pay better also....lol[/QUOTE]
