@D.Tibbitt forgot to mention showing up early, and unloading himself. Not the type to brag, he’s always one step ahead of the game, in a quiet, humble way. Like “ By the way, I got my own Authority last month!!” Full of surprises he is.

The guys running open deck has it been hard to get reloaded out of places once you deliver and have the rates been holding up?
I might have to run my step deck for about a month or so and curious as to what I can expect out there. If someone rather PM me that’s cool too.

I'm not seeing much of a change, to be honest. I did just have a hard time leaving an area, but it was always a black hole. And there was freight, I just didn't feel like hauling it.

San Antonio was hard to leave this time, but it always kinda sucked, and I also didn't feel like tarping. So in both areas, it was partially my own fault.

That’s good to hear.I did pay for DAT again and have been looking out of San Antonio but nothing has really stuck out to me as good from here but it never really has like you said lol.Still have all my tie down gear and tarps in the garage.Maybe I’ll try it for a week and see how I do and if not I’ll just wait for the new well to start.

It sucks but you can still average $3+ a mile, $4+ if you throw in some oversize or don't mind spending time trying to squeeze brokers.

Just don't go west of i35 unless you get a fortune.

Hahaha man I appreciate the kind words. Sometimes I feel like I'm 10 steps behind, trying to figure this stuff out:biggrin_25523: but it is what it is. What else is there to do other than learn and keep moving forward.

We just hope that through all of this, all of you are wearing masks at all times, and getting a shot at least once a week.
