First of all You may want to check with a HR person I do not believe it is legal for previous employers to make such remarks
Could be construed as slander and open for lawsuits. As far as I know prior employers can only say if person is eligible for rehire and or positive drug tests or had accidents.
I know of no such social media.
Mostly the Chicago companies are fly by night low life’s who pray on the visa workers for slave labor and are crooks. Hard to take the word word of the Chicago trucking mafia
