It’s usually visually noticeable, broken ground to frame, or broken wire. A test light, with blinkers on, or running lights on. Or apply the hand brake, to get brake lights to come on. Everything out. Check for ground wire to frame. Starting at the frame, working back into the harness. Same with other wires. Look you’ll probably find one broken.
