Can anyone suggest inexpensive shop to make a rear tail light panel . Local shop i used just jacking up prices like this is last day of work . Would like to hear how much this type of work should cost .
6x2 tubing with welded ends , 6 lights cut outs , sits right under frame , angled pieces on the sides for mudflaps , center piece to cover the frame .

Raneystruckparts.com sells them also
pavrom Thanks this. -
I want one made out of metal and paint it same color as truck ...i didn't look deep enough but i think all they sell is stainless steel .
JonJon78 Thanks this. -
I see them all the time but just stainless. Surprised no one else responded here.....
How much was your local shop charging to make one? -
Depending on how fine you want the detail, as in welds ground completely smooth, nice rounded corners and such. Shouldn't take long to do it decent but not show quality. Piece of rectangular tubing and some square tube. Couple hour job in my head

that one was $1000 delivered from canada. Came with 11 4” sockets, 2 electric holes and 2 airline holes, front side has 4 seperate plates for access, and 4 mudflap brackets. All stainless everything
Company closed down a couple years back tho. But gives an idea on price.
you might look up Trik Trux by Pro-Fab Associates they’re out of PATug Toy Thanks this. -
That looks cool but would never live here.Ruthless Thanks this.

Last one I did was 2 X 6 X 1/4 on a roll off container truck. I only had 4 - 4" lights and 3 - 2 1/2" lights in the back. Did good wiring work with heat shrink connectors.
I thought $700 was reasonable.
Big price changes come in steel, type of lights, proper wiring or a botch job. A junction box at the rear is nice long term.
Quality electrical work is time consuming. -
1000-1200 ....material cost around $200 , as other guys mentioned couple hours job , welder is charging $85/hr ...i doubt its 10 hour job ...not stainless or chrome , no paint , shipping or 4 bolts installation...i would say $600 should be fear ..or i am too cheap ...?!
...guy literally across the street from my parking lotJonJon78 Thanks this.
