Experienced driver here , with almost 5 years in looking for a good company that can get me home every week for my little ones. I've got 2 kids both pretty young and I'd like to be around a little more for them but still gotta pay the bills. Regional companies are cool but I'd like even more a company that offers weekly home time but also gives you the option to go on long runs too. I'm out of west Georgia , Columbus to be exact. Thanks in advance y'all.

I looked into them a little . I like a lot of what I see about them but I have 2 concerns really . Starting pay looks a little low (bonuses might make up for that I admit) and it looks like y'all ain't allowed to take the truck home? That is a pain in the ### if the info I got was correct.

If you live more than 60 miles from a terminal you can take truck home..

If you have less than 5 years experience just what do you expect for starting pay?

5 years or more starts at .40 plus monthly bonus.

The benefits are among the best...as well as epuipment.

You looked into Millis? 2 terminals in Georgia, 1 in Cartersville and 1 in Albany. They have a GA regional, but if you want to stay out and run a weekend all you need to do is tell your dispatcher.

was even higher on my list than big G, their starting base plus weekly bonuses have huge potential if they got the miles. Just can't get passed that camera in the truck .heard some horror stories.

All that sounds good I think the bonuses will make up for the base cpm. And I have heard good things about the equipment . I might give them a call. Not looking to start with anyone until August 10th I'm running otr now. So I want to make a well thought out researched decision.
