Hi all, is anybody familiar with or uses any kind of aftermarket devices to improve fuel mileage of Class 8 trucks? Reviews if any?

Put an egg under the fuel pedal. If you break it you lose.

Side skirts will get you .25 to .4 mpg gain.

Easier to control cost per gallon and driving habit rather than invest in what mostly is snake oil. As cost per gallon rises so should number at the top to offset cost per gallon.

    Best mpg gains

    Low rolling resistance tires

    Driving habits as already mentioned

Synthetic fluids in rears, hubs and tranny

Tires are the biggest, when I switch from my summer to winter rubber.... I lose $100 a day. I haul heavy and use alot of fuel though.

    psalla689 Thanks this.
