Refresher Program

Ok now I got the heck out of Florida where there no trucking jobs whats so ever,so this pass week I been calling companies to see if there hiring drivers in PA.About 90% of them I called said yes,my issue is for the pass year I was doing local gigs in florida,they dont count that as experience.So most of them told me I need a refresher program which is a good idea I havent drove since march of 09.Been unemployed since then.Well im in eastern Pa area and looking for work.Does anyone knows of any trucking companies that offer refresher programs?Im thinking maybe going a company with there own school like swift or prime inc.Any help will be great.Thanks
