    It usually takes anywhere from 35-45 min.

    Mine only takes about 10 minutes.

    It takes as long as it takes. When it's finished it will return to a normal idle speed.

    I wouldn't go too long without doing a regen. The truck will derate in increments until you're stuck. Go too long after the derates and you'll probably be buying a new aftertreatment system.

    The real regen happens while driving and best while under some load, when exhaust temps are high. The parked regen is only supplementary and not as effective.
    That's what the manual book said...
