    It isn't normal. It shouldn't be coming on at all on a truck with SCR. That truck has problems that will only get worse.

    It may be time to get that dpf looked at...if it happens frequently, like once weekly or more, it may be clogged

    Driver drives a 2018 he regens every week so not sure what is going on. We are driving in the city.

    That's the problem. When your driving in the city you will have to Regen more often. These trucks are designed for highway speeds. They are most effective when driving on the interstate. You are on cruise control for long stretches.

    Yes we are turning on and off every 30 -40 mins..

    It was a solid yellow after park regen it went away
